Arduino and Nunchuck controlled espresso in General
By Nerdblog el 09-Apr-2008
Tim Hirzel hacked his espresso machine to give it oodles more features and made it controllable with a Wii Nunchuck via Arduino. Makes me wonder how many test brews were required, and if he drank all of them during construction.

Like to play video games? Too lazy to paddle around in your canoe? Well I have the perfect solution for you. This boat is powered by a small electric motor and the steering is via a Wii Nunchuck and an Arduino. Let’s just hope the batteries don’t die, then you might have to paddle!

This is a nice Arduino project that uses a Powerball and a sensor to control a spaceship. The game is running in Flash, and it uses an Arduino to receive data from the sensor in the Powerball. I wish there was a little more details on the actual electronics of the build.

Just when you thought you had them all, the Arduino mutates yet again -
The new Arduino Nano is the smallest and most versatile Arduino board yet. Designed and manufactured by US-based Gravitech, it has all the functionality of an Arduino Diecimila in a compact, breadboard-ready design. The Nano includes an ATmega168 microcontroller (w/ bootloader), integrated [...] [..] Read complete article

This looks like an interesting project made with an Arduino and a laser pulled from a laser level. There are schematics and a video on the website if you want to try and make one for yourself.
After programming the Arduino, I took out the ATMega168 and wired it into a breadboard along with a 16mhz [...] [..] Read complete article

OK, this isn’t exactly a complicated robot. I really like the simplicity of the build. It would be very easy to change things around or add sensors, since the breadboard is right there on top and it has a lot of extra room.

I just finished my first composition with the LilyPad Arduino, in the form of a conductive blinky embroidered wall hanging. It generates a little tune that’s changeable by covering the photoresistor. If you’re around Phoenix, you can come see it on Friday night at Cartel Coffee Lab in Tempe.

Yuri at homebrewtalk made this elaborate setup for brewing his own beer using an arduino board and some custom java software, which he uses for temperature control heating of his mash with steam. Lots of videos of the mash prep and setup, and not too much arduino code, via Hack-a-day.
